2023-2024: Opened up Indoors at the Yale season opener, placed second in the 4x400 meters in a time of 3:25.18... At Y-D-C raced the 500m running 1:09.33 to place second in his heat... Ended his season with a collegiate PR in the 400 meters of 51.79, placing third in his heat. Doubled back to win the 4x400 meters.

2022-2023: In cross country, competed at the CCSU Mini-Meet... Outdoors, set a new collegiate PR of 53.15 over the 400m at the UConn Dog Fight... Also competed in the 800m at the Mark Young Invitational... Opened up Indoors at the Yale season opener, placed second in the 4x400 meters in a time of 3:25.18... At Y-D-C raced the 500m running 1:09.33 to place second in his heat... Ended his season with a collegiate PR in the 400 meters of 51.79, placing third in his heat. Doubled back to win the 4x400 meters.

2021-2022: In indoor track, finished fifth in the 800m at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia with a time of 1:59.90…Also competed at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational and David Hemery Valentine Invitational…Finished ninth against Harvard in the 800m, running 1:55.98, and later helped contribute to a winning 4x400m relay…Finished eighth at Yale Springtime Invitational in the 800m.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-2020: In cross country, competed at 17th Annual CCSU Mini Meet, running 17:05.6 for 5000m... In indoor track, earned a personal best of 2:37.86 for 1000m against Columbia and Dartmouth…Earned a personal best for 500m at Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, running 1:06.37…Earned a personal best in the 800m against Harvard and Princeton, running 1:55.47 for a fourth-place finish…Finished 13th at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 500m, running 1:07.54, and later contributed to a third-place finish for the Bulldogs in the 4x800m relay…Outdoor track was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: 2x all state; 4x all new castle county track; 1x all county xc; 4x state champ (2x outdoor 4x800 1x indoor 4x800 1x outdoor 800); Indoor 4x8 state record anchor (1:55.1); Delaware meet of champions record holder; Holding or a part of 7 school records; 2nd fastest in Delaware history in the 800; Fastest in 35 years and fastest 800 on Delaware soil; Team captain of xc indoor and outdoor senior year.
