2021-2022: Yale’s lead runner throughout the cross country and track season…In cross country, won Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet with a time of 23:36.2 over the 8000m course…Achieved a top 10 finish at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, finishing ninth with a time of 24:17.4…Finished runner-up at Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational…Earned second team All-Ivy at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships with a 10th place finish...Finished 32nd at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, running 31:19.6 over the muddy 10,000m course.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-2020: In cross country, finished second against Harvard, running 18:52.0 over hilly 6000m course…Finished 15th at Panorama Farms Invitational, running 24:26.5 over 8000m…Finished 48th at Pre-National Invitational, running 24:25.9 for 8000m…Finished third and earned first team All-Ivy at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships, running 24:40.8 for the five-mile course…Finished 52nd at NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, running 29:55.7 over the 10,000m course…Honored with cross country team's Mike Stanley-John Cleary Award.

2018-19: In cross country competed at the Fordham Fiasco…Finished 1st for Yale and 3rd overall at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet…Competed in the Men’s Gold Race at the Paul Short Invitational running a personal best of 25:14.5 for 8K…Finished 2nd for Yale at the Pre-Nationals Invitational...Competed at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships finishing 39th overall…Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional finishing 5th for the team.
