2012-2013: Competed at Fordham, New Englands, CCSU, and against Harvard...Third on the team at the New England Championships...Fourth on the team and sixth overall at the CCSU Mini-Meet...Member of DMR team that took All-East honors at the indoor IC4As...Set PR in the 1,500-meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational...Placed first in the 1,500-meters at the Yale Springtime Invitational.

2011-2012: Consistent scorer for Yale all season… Set cross country PR at the Harvard-Yale meet… Represented Yale at both Heps (26:20.5) and Regionals (10k time of 33:28.1).

2010-2011: Outdoors, ran PR of 15.16.13 in 5000m at Sam Howell Invitational … Placed eighth in 5000m run at Harvard-Yale … Ran indoor season best in 3000m at Dartmouth-Columbia … Competed in top seven at Heps for cross country … Came in first for Bulldogs at New England Championships. 

2009-2010: Competed in the 5000m at Harvard-Yale during outdoor … Was running among Yale’s top seven runners in cross country before illness sidelined him for the remainder of the season.

High School: Was the Oregon state meet second place finisher in both cross country and the 3000m and finished third in the 1500m.

Personal: Silliman College … Four of his second cousins went to Yale … Volunteered at Roosevelt Middle School … Enjoys crossword puzzles.
