He ran 31:21 at NCAA XC nationals to place 177th against the best runners in the nation... Opened up at the Dr. Sander Invitational where he set a 5000m PR of 14:09.56 to move to third of all time at Yale... Followed up with a 3000m PR of 8:06.35 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational... Placed seventh in the 5000m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships... Began outdoors at Raleigh Relays with a 10,000m PR of 29:19.50 moved hom to fifth of all time at Yale... Placed tenth in the 10,000m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships.
2022-2023: Opened his cross country season with a 19:06.4 6k PR at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet... Finished 30th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run in an 8k PR of 23:29.8... Secured an All-Ivy 7th place finish at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, running 24:19.8 over the 8k distance... Concluded his season with a 10k PR of 29:54.5 to finish an All-Region 19th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Championships... Indoors, ran a 3000m PR of 8:15.33 at the Boston University Valentine Invitational. Placed 9th in the 5000m at the Ivy League Championships. Outdoors, ran a new 5000m PR of 14.13.29 at the Harvard-Yale-Oxford-Cambridge meet. Placed 7th at the Ivy League Championships over 10,000m before running a PR of 29:25.10 at the Yale Last Chance Invitational to earn qualification for the NCAA East Regional meet, where he placed 38th.Â
2021-2022: In cross country, opened up his season finishing 12th at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet running a personal best time of 24:32.9 over 8000m…Finished 36th at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, running a time of 25:08.2 over 8000m…Finished 19th at Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational, running a time of 24:48.2 over 8000m…Finished 37th at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships, running a time of 25:09.3 over 8000m…Concluded cross country finishing 55th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, running 31:54.0 for 10,000m... In indoor track, unable to compete due to an injury…In outdoor track, earned a personal best in the 1500m of 3:58.49 at UConn Dog Fight Invitational…Finished third in the 5000m against Harvard, running 14:23.37…Earned a personal best in the 5000m at Penn Relays, running a No. 13 all-time Yale mark of 14:20.79.

Why Yale? "Before coming to Yale I knew I wanted to go somewhere where I was going to get better not just as an athlete but academically as well. I knew my teammates were like-minded in the sense that they were pushing for a championship and to be the best on the track as well as off of it. I wanted to be pushed further and I knew Yale could get me there."
