2026 MIH Coach

Kyle Wallack

Kyle Wallack returned to Yale in June 2026 after serving as the head coach at Albertus Magnus College, where he led the Falcons for six seasons. During his tenure, Wallack guided Albertus to multiple winning seasons and postseason appearances while earning Division III Independent Coach of the Year honors in both 2022-23 and 2023-24.

In 2024-25, Wallack led the Falcons to a 12-13-1 overall record in their first season competing in the New England Hockey Conference (NEHC), highlighted by a dramatic overtime victory over defending national champion Hobart College. Albertus also continued to excel academically under Wallack's leadership, leading all Division II/III programs with 27 student-athletes named AHCA Krampade All-American Scholars.

Prior to Albertus, Wallack compiled nearly two decades of Division I coaching experience, including assistant coaching stops at the University of Vermont, Yale, Holy Cross, Quinnipiac, and UConn. During his previous stint at Yale, Wallack played a key role in recruiting members of the Bulldogs' 2013 NCAA National Championship team.

Wallack also served as head coach of the Indiana Ice in the United States Hockey League (USHL), leading the franchise to a 35-win season.
