2016: Played in all 16 games… Started as face-off man… 4th on team in ground balls (32)…. . 9 ground balls vs. Bryant.

2015: Earned the Yale Lacrosse Association Robert G. Merrick Memorial Trophy...Starting face-off man for the Elis went 137/265 in the X...Topped the team with 42 ground balls...Scored a goal and had an assist.

2014: Played in three games and took two face-offs.

2013: Served as backup on face-offs... Played in two games.

Off the Field: 

• Volunteer with Make it Count Foundation, helped stuff and deliver backpacks to underprivileged kids, as well as fundraised and remodel a homeless veteran’s shelter
• Attended the London School of Economics during summer 2013

At West Islip High School: 2012 All-Suffolk County lacrosse… Team''s top face-off man the last two years… Scored 24 goals with six assists in 2012… Played on 2012 state champions… 2011 Suffolk County Champions… Ranked 13th in class of 460… Member of West Islip''s inaugural international baccalaureate diploma class… Member of National Honor Society, foreign language honor society, business and marketing honor society and English honor society.

Personal: Jonathan Reese is the son of Jon ''90 and Barbara Reese…Father captained the 1989 Yale football team to an Ivy title and was an All-American lacrosse player and the school''s all-time leading scorer with three league championships.
