2018: Reserve face-off specialist… Went 5 of 8 on the X in win over Harvard.

2017: Played in 2 games... Scooped 2 ground balls.

2016: Played 4 games… Had 1 point… Scooped 2 ground balls and caused 1 turnover… Won 3-6 face-offs.

2015: Went 4/6 in the X over three games... Grabbed two ground balls.

Off the Field:

  • Spearheaded a project to paint a U.S map on the playground of an after-school tutoring center in an economically deprived area of Yonkers, NY

Before Yale: Two-time lacrosse letterman at Bronxville High School… Two-time all-league and all-section HM… Won 70 percent of face-offs senior year – including 14/16 in state championship game - with 131 ground balls… Helped team win 2014 state title… Four-time league and section 1 champs… Two-time state semifinalist… All-league kicker/punter for football team in 2013… National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete… Bronxville Scholastic Achievement Award.

Personal: Owen Parrish Jones is the son of Joanne and Stephen Jones… Interested in history and political science.
