Rowed in the second varsity eight with wins over Navy, Georgetown, Dartmouth, Harvard, and Princeton during the regular season... Rowed in the third varsity eight with wins over Penn and Columbia... Rowed in the second varsity eight that placed fifth at the Eastern Sprints.
2022-23 (Junior): Rowed in the third varsity eight that went undefeated during the regular season… Rowed in the second varsity eight that placed fourth at the Eastern Sprints.
2021-22 (Sophomore):Â Rowed in the fourth varsity that went undefeated in the regular season... Rowed in the fourth varsity eight that placed second at the Eastern Sprints.
2020-21 (First Year): No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.
Before Yale: Two-year captain for Choate Rosemary Hall varsity.
Personal: Son of Emre and Meltem, who both attended Istanbul University… Has one brother, Denis... Enjoys Thanksgiving and other food-related holidays/events.
