Before Yale: Track and field at the varsity, junior varsity and AAU levels (800m); member of the varsity quiz bowl team; principal bassist in the Montgomery Youth Orchestra

Personal: Classical and jazz pianist/bassist; member of Yale AFROTC; New Haven Reach Mentor; enjoys running, reading, and hunting.
