2017: Honorable mention All-Ivy selection... All five of his points, including two goals, came in Ivy play... Five points in league games led the team and the two goals tied for the team lead... Appeared in all seven Ivy games and started five... Played in 13 games overall... Shared the Frank Dunne Most Improved Player Award with Cameron Riach and Andrew Bortey,

2016: An injury limited him to one game.

High School: Played two seasons at Northfield Mount Hermon, which was ranked in the top five in the nation both years… NEPSAC Offensive Player of the Year as a senior… Scored 28 goals and had 22 assists in his two seasons… Two-time all-state and WNEPSSA All Star and twice named to WNEPSSA Select team… Team MVP as senior… NMH posted a 30-7-1 overall record in his two years.

Club: Played for Real Valladolid for six seasons and was three-time team captain… Played for PSG Manhattan SC 96 for two years… PSG won New York State Cup and Region I championship.

Academic Awards: Dean's list.

Personal: Son of Jesus Yuste and Cristina Perez… Participated in Community Meals, helping to serve food to people that were in need.

Biggest soccer influences and why? "My dad was the one that started playing with me when I was four years old and he made me love the game. Watching Xavi and Iniesta play has had a great influence in my game."

Do you have an idol or hero? "Raul Gonzalez. He is not just a fantastic footballer, he is a Spanish figure that represents values like humanity, humility and kindness. He is an example of desire to improve and succeed."

Why Yale? "The merging of the finest academics in the world and one of the most exciting, rising Division I soccer programs in the country made my selection easy. This opportunity will be a unique academic and athletic experience that will prepare me for my future."
