2024-25:
  • Placed second in the 200 fly (1:52.27) against Delaware
  • Won the 100 breast (54.08) and 200 breast (1:57.69) against Brown
  • Won the 100 breast (53.89), 200 breast (1:58.29) and 200 IM (1:49.55) against Columbia
  • Placed second in the 100 breast (54.91),and  200 breast (1:59.54) against UPenn, Dartmouth
  • Broke the Kiphuth pool records in the 100 breast (52.49) and 200 breast (1:55.31) against Princeton, Harvard
  • Was part of the 800 free relay that won silver in a team record and NCAA A standard time of 6:13.98
  • Was part of the 400 medley relay that won silver in a team record time of 3:06.43
  • Competed in the 800 free relay (6:15.36) and 400 medley relay (team record 3:05.73) at the NCAA Championships
  • Second Team All-Ivy Honoree in the 800 free relay
  • Second Team All-Ivy Honoree in the 400 medley relay
  • Qualified to compete in the 200, 400, and 800 free relays; 400 medley relay at NCAA Championships

Before Yale: Seven time high school All-American at The Blake School… 2022-23 Minnesota Class A Swimmer of the Year… Minnesota high school record holder in 100 breaststroke (all-time), 200 IM (Class A), 200 medley relay (Class A)… Four time Blake School MVP… Team captain… Contributor to Blake School’s streak of seven consecutive Class A state championships. Swam for Aquajets club… National Age Group Record Holder (15-18 400 LCM 400 Medley Relay)… Two-time member of USA Swimming Junior National team… Three-time USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.
 
Personal: Completed five volunteer medical trips to Honduras and the Dominican Republic… Father swam at the University of Minnesota and his mother swam in Norway… Dual citizen of Norway and the United States.
