Before Yale: NISCA All-America 2014, Second Team All-State 2014, All-First Coast 2013, 2014…2014 USA Swimming Scholastic All-America… 2012 Connecticut Open Water Champion… Four-time Connecticut Senior Champion with titles in 100 and 200-yard backstroke, 800-yard freestyle events… Qualified for Winter Junior Nationals, Summer Junior Nationals and Winter Senior Nationals… Won two Florida Team State Championships with Bolles… Team won FHSAA District and Regional Championships in 2013 and 2014… Won Winter Junior Nationals with Bolles School Sharks in 2014, runners-up in 2013.

Personal: Joined at Yale by Bolles teammates Scott Bole and Joey Carbone— marking the first time that a high school has sent three swimmers to the same Ivy League program in one year… Has Type 1 Diabetes…Involved with Team Type 1 and Team Novo Nordisk, organizations that support diabetic youth and student-athletes.
