Before Yale: Attended Penistone Grammar School in England…Competes in 1m and 3m springboard diving…UKMT Maths Challenge bronze medalist…Recorded personal bests of 430 points in the 1m 10-dive event, 488 points in the 3m 10-dive event, and 448 points in the platform 9-dive event.
 
Personal: Son of Martin and Claire Neilson…Brother is a football player for Barnsley FC.
