2016-2017: Selected by team to be captain for the 2017 season...In cross country, finished third on the team at Fordham meet, placing sixth overall… Raced at Harvard/Yale/Princeton Meet and at Notre Dame Joe Piane Invite, where he finished third among the Elis… In outdoor track, competed in the 5,000 meters at the Virginia Challenge...Placed 6th at the outdoor Heptagonal Championships in the 5,000 meters and placed 8th in the 10,000 meters...Placed second at IC4As in the 5,000 meters with a personal best time of 14:11.12...Competed at the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 5,000 meters. 

2015-2016: Ran fifth on the team at Harvard-Yale-Princeton… Competed at the Panorama Farms Invite… Ran a 8k personal best at Pre-Nationals (24:49.3)… Broke into the top three on the team at the Ivy League Championships with a 17^th-place overall finish… Placed 54^th at Regionals to finish sophomore season...
