2024-2025: Earned track and field team's Gardner Millett Award, presented to an outstanding member of the men's track and field team who excels in sportsmanship, courage, and inspiration... Began indoors with 60m PR at Yale Season Opener, running 6.84 in final to place second... At Y-D-C, placed second in 400m, running 49.12, and second in 4x400m (3:16.68)... Placed third in 500m at River Hawk Invitational in 1:04.72... Raced 60m and 400m at Crimson Elite meet... Outdoors, opened at Mark Young Invitational in 100m, running 10.84 and placing second... Improved upon this time at UMass Ken O'Brien Pre-Conference Qualifier, running 10.79 in 100m... Raced 100m and 4x400m at Ivy League Outdoor Championships, setting PR in 100m of 10.74. 

2023-2024: Began indoors with win in 4x400m at Y-D-C... Followed this up at River Hawk Invitational, taking first in 4x400m in a time of 3:14.30 and also running 50.11 in 400m... At David Hemery Valentine Invitational, ran 49.05 in 400m... Competed at IC4A Championships in 500m, placing fourth in final with PR of 1:04.24... Began outdoors at UCF Knights Invite with time of 3:12.59 in 4x400m... At Wake Forest Invitational, placed sixth in 400m with time of 48.41... Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships in 400m and 4x400m.

2022-23: Opened up season with third-place finish at 2022 Yale Season Opener in his debut in 300m...Placed sixth in indoor 200m at Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet; also competed in 60m and ran new personal record of 7.02s... Ran indoor 400m PR of 48.85s at 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite... Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships, placing 13th in individual 400m and fifth as part of 4x400m relay which ran time of 3:13.91... At 2023 IC4A competition, ran new indoor personal record of 21.98 and was 400m leg on Yale's distance medley relay team that placed second overall in a time of 9:50.67... Outdoors, ran new personal record in 200m of 21.87s and also ran 100m at same competition, finishing 12th... Ran collegiate record of 48.52s in 400m at Georgia Tech Invitational... Ran new all-time best of 48.03 in 400m at Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships; also was member of 4x100m and 4x400m sprint relay teams; at these championships, 4x400m team ran its fastest time of season with a time of 3:11.23.

High School: 2018-2019: Broke Maine indoor freshman 200m league record and 55m and 300m state records -- Ranked ninth and fourth for class of 2022 in U.S. ... Awarded Maine’s “Most Valuable Junior Division Athlete"... 2019-2020: Hindered by two strains in hamstring... 2020-2021: 400m champion and 100/200m runner-up at outdoor state championships... Broke 400m meet record at East Coast Track & Field Championships... 2021-2022: Named 2022 Maine Gatorade Player of the Year and Maine Sunday Telegram Boys Indoor and Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year... Awarded meet MVP at league championships, both indoor and outdoor... In all of high school, broke 12 indoor/outdoor school records ranging from 55m to 600m... Outdoor 200m New England Champion, 100/400m runner-up... Broke indoor 400m league and state meet records... Won six league titles and five state titles senior year...
