Set a 500m PR at the River Hawk Invitational of 1:06.88... Set a 600m PR of 1:28.57 at the Coach Greg Roy-al Rumble, where he placed third... Raced at Ivy League Indoor Championships in 800m and 4x400m... Outdoors, he opened in 800m at Sam Howell Invitational... Raced 800m at Transatlantic Series and placed fourth in javelin... At Mark Young Invitational placed first in 4x400m and fourth in 400m... Set an 800m PR of 1:53.33 in 800m, placing third at UMass Ken O'Brien Pre-Conference Qualifier. 

2023-2024: Opened up his season outdoors running 51.50 in 400 at Yale vs. Harvard Dual... A part of winning 4x400 meters at Mark Young Invitational in a time of 3:34.95... At West Point Twilight ran an 800 PR of 1:54.60 to win his heat... At Yale Twilight meet placed second in javelin with mark of 136' 1''.
