2023-2024: Began cross country season at HYP, placing 12th in a PR of 19:27.2... Raced at IC4A Cross Country Championships, where he ran to a new 8K PR of 25:26.5... Opened up indoors at Y-D-C in 800m and 4x800m, placing second in both... At David Hemery Valentine Invitational, raced 1000m in a time of 2:24.98... At Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships, raced 1000m and 4x880y; relay team placed fourth... At IC4A Championships, placed second in final of 1000m... Outdoors, raced at UCF Knights Invite in 800m and 4x400m.

2022-2023: Competed once in cross country, at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, running an 8k PR of 26:05.1... Began indoors at Yale Season Opener in 1000m, running 2:29.03 for third... At David Hemery Valentine Invitational, ran 2:25.84 in 1000m... Competed in mile and 4x800m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships... At IC4A Championships, placed fourth in 1000m with a PR of 2:24.75... Outdoors, opened up with a PR in the 800m of 1:51.37... 2021-2022: In cross country, opened up at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet, but did not compete the rest of the season due to illness... In indoor track, ran 2:26.20 for 1000m to finish second at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet… Ran 4:08.07 for mile at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational… Ran personal best for 1000m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships, running 2:26.12… Doubled and helped Yale finish sixth in 4x800m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships… Broke first-year record in mile at IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships, running 4:05.97… In outdoor track, finished eighth in 800m at UConn Dog Fight Invitational, running a personal best of 1:55.44; followed by helping Bulldogs finish fourth in 4x400m relay… Finished seventh in 1500m against Harvard, running 3:57.46… Earned personal best in 1500m at Virginia Challenge, running 3:50.42… Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
