2023-2024: Began cross country season at HYP, placing 12th in a PR of 19:27.2... Raced at IC4A Cross Country Championships, where he ran to a new 8K PR of 25:26.5... Opened up indoors at Y-D-C in 800m and 4x800m, placing second in both... At David Hemery Valentine Invitational, raced 1000m in a time of 2:24.98... At Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships, raced 1000m and 4x880y; relay team placed fourth... At IC4A Championships, placed second in final of 1000m... Outdoors, raced at UCF Knights Invite in 800m and 4x400m.

2022-2023: Competed once in cross country, at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, running an 8k PR of 26:05.1... Began indoors at Yale Season Opener in 1000m, running 2:29.03 for third... Why Yale? “In a year without official visits, choosing a college should have been more difficult than ever. However, Yale was the obvious choice due to its academic excellence and flexibility as well as the fun yet disciplined nature of the team (Pie Laws).”
