2024-2025: Began his season at IC4A XC Championships, where he led Bulldogs home with his 26th place finish... Raced at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, where he set a new 8k PR of 24:16 to place 39th... At NCAA Northeast Regionals, set a 10k PR of 31:41... Earned captain role for 2025 XC season... Opened up indoors at Y-D-C, placing sixth in 800m; placed second in 4x800m... Outdoors, opened at Penn Relays in 4x800m, where team ran 7:33.48... Raced 800m and 4x800m at Ivy League Outdoor Championships, where team placed fifth in relay, running 7:30.65.
2023-2024: Opened up indoors in 1000m at Y-D-C, running 2:25.90 to place fourth... At Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White meet, ran a 4:08.02 mile... Raced 1000m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships; set PR in prelims of 2:24.89 and placed seventh in final... At IC4A Indoor Championships, set a new mile PR; ran 4:06.15 in prelims to qualify for final, where he placed fourth... Began outdoors at UCF Knights Invite in 800m and 1500m... Set 800m PR of 1:51.42 to place second in his heat... At Wake Forest Invitational, set a 1500m PR of 3:47.11 to place third in his heat... At Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships, raced 1500m and qualified for final.
2022-2023: Opened his Yale cross country career by finishing 15th at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet in a 6k PR of 18:31.0... Ran an 8k PR of 24:42.6 at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, placing 24th... Finished 56th at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships.

Personal: Enjoys reading, specifically young adult fiction books... Likes to play spikeball and basketball with his friends... Worked at a summer camp as a camp counselor for kids ages 5 to 11.
Stories: In May of 2021, he and his friends helped save a man’s life as he had fallen on the running trail and suffered from a severe compound fracture in his arm and was at risk of extreme blood loss... In May of 2022, was racing and fell hard at the finish line, where he suffered a broken jaw and a mild concussion. He was out for the rest of the season and had his jaw wired shut until it healed.
