2021-2022: In indoor track, ran a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 8:22.75 at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational…Ran 14:43.38 for 5000m at David Hemery Valentine Invitational…Competed in the 5000m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships…Opened up with a personal best in the 1500m of 4:04.51 at UConn Dog Fight Invitational…Finished 12th in the 5000m against Harvard, running 14:59.93…Finished 17th at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10,000m, running 31:01.85.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-20: Finished 10th with a personal record in the 3000m against Harvard and Princeton, running 8:42.60…Earned a personal best over 5000m at David Hemery Valentine Invitational, running 14:33.44 for No. 12 all-time at Yale…Competed in the 5000m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships…Outdoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19: In indoor track ran a personal best of 14:46.41 in the 5,000 meters at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational and competed in the 5,000 meters at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship, finishing 22nd overall...In outdoor track competed in the 10,000m at Raleigh Relays; finished 3rd in the 5,000m at Harvard-Yale; ran a PR of 14.39.36 in the 5,000m at the 125th Penn Relays; finished 13th in the 10,000m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships; competed in the 5,000m at the IC4A Championships; competed in the HYOC trip.

High School: Cross country team captain for four years… Two-time District 1 Champion in 3200m run… Northwest Conference and District 1 cross country Champion 2016 and2017… 2017 2A State Champion in cross country… ASB President Junior and Senior years. 

Notes: Cade was able to work as part of a COVID-19 wastewater tracking project during the summer of 2021, where he worked with top Yale researchers to accurately track rises and falls in COVID-19 levels across 8 cities in Connecticut.
