2023-2024: Began indoors at the Yale Season Opener where he placed second in the shot put... At the Giegengack Invitational he set a new PR in the weight throw of 55' 7.75'' along with also placing first in the shot put... At the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships he competed in both the shot put and weight throw... Outdoors he began at the UCF Knights Invite where he placed fourth in both the shot put and discus throw... Placed first in the shot put at the UCONN Dog Fight with a mark of 57' 6.25''... At the Yale Vs Harvard Dual he took first in the shot put and discus throw... Set PR's in the shot put and discus throw at the Wake Forest Invitational throwing 59' 7.75'' in the shot put to move to second of all time for Yale and 178' 7'' in the discus throw to move to fifth of all time at Yale... At the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships he placed fifth in the shot put... Qualified for the NCAA East First Round in the shot put and discus throw.
2022-23: Opened up his season with 4th place finish at the Yale Season Opener...Placed 5th in the shot put at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton Trimeet...Place 2nd overall in the shot put and 4th overall in the weight throw at the Crimson Elite Invitational...Placed fourth in the shot put at the 2023 Giegengack Invitational..Set a new personal record in the weight throw at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships...Placed 2nd at the 2023 Indoor IC4A shot put championships..Placed 2nd in the shot put at the UCONN Dog Fight...Won the shot put at the UCONN Northeast Challenge in a new personal record...Competed in both the shot put and discus throw at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Championships...Placed 2nd in the shot put and discus throw at the Yale Last Chance Meet.
2021-22: In indoor track, opened up his season throwing 44’6” in the weight throw, finishing 6th at the 2021 Yale Season Opener…Also opened up in the shot put, throwing 40’9” at the same meet…Finished 6th at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet in the shot put, throwing a personal best of 46’0.5”…Earned a personal best in the weight throw at the 2022 Giegengack Invitational, throwing 46’8.75” for 14th...In outdoor, finished 13th in shot put and 14th in both discus and hammer throw at UConn Dog Fight, tossing distances of 45’5.25”, 128’9”, and a personal best in hammer throw of 117’5”, respectively…Finished fourth vs. Harvard in shot put and discus, and fifth in javelin, tossing distances of 45’9.25”, 145’2” and 101’0” respectively…Finished second in discus throw and seventh in shot put at Mark Young Invitational, tossing distances of 152’11” and 47’11.25” respectively…Earned personal bests in shot put and discus throw at Yale Springtime Invitational, finishing fifth with a toss of 50’4” and second with a toss of 160’4” respectively…Finished 12th in discus throw and 14th in shot put at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.
Before Yale: Team captain senior year...Conference meet shot-put record...Played for football team...Was part of team that won conference championship, had undefeated regular season.
Notes: Mother, Susan Prince, was Yale Class of 1986, captain of rowing team...Grandfather, David Prince '52, was captain of Yale men's lacrosse team.
