2023-2024: Opened up season at Yale Season Opener; placed first in 500m and 4x100m; ran 1:04.38 in 500m... At Y-D-C raced in 400m and 4x400m, placing first in both and achieving time of 48.49 in 400m... Ran 500m PR at River Hawk Invitational of 1:03.29 to place second and to move to ninth all-time at Yale... At David Hemery Valentine Invitational, raced 400m, setting new PR of 47.68 to move to fourth all-time at Yale; in 4x400m relay, team ran 3:12.44 to move to fourth all-time at Yale... Raced 500m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships... Opened up outdoors at UCF Knights Invite in 4x400m, where team ran 3:12.59.

2022-23: Opened up season with 51.16s 400m clocking at HYOC meet... Ran season's best of 50.16 in 400m at UConn Northeast Challenge... Placed second at Yale Springtime meet in 400m.

2021-22: Placed third at Yale, Dartmouth, Columbia tri-meet in 400m in a time of 48.96… Placed second as a part of Yale’s Distance Medley Relay team at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships; also placed 12^th individually in 400m… Qualified and competed at IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 400m, placing 17^th.

McDaniel High School: Two-time Portland Interscholastic League 400m Champion... PIL 200m runner up… PIL 4x400 runners-up... Third at state championships in 400m sophomore year… Two-time OSAA athlete of the week... Three-time PIL athlete of month... 400m school record... Team captain 2019-2021... Team MVP 2018-2019... 2019 USATF National Junior Olympics T&F Finalist 400m … Team was fifth at OSAA State Championships (best in school history)… Played soccer all four years… 2019 All-city forward in soccer... Soccer team MVP… Voted best forward on soccer team... Scored 15 goals in 13 games (most in Madison soccer team history)... Led state in goals in soccer...
