2023-2024: Did not compete in cross country... Opened up indoors at the Yale Season Opener in the 4x400m where his team placed second... Ran a 1000m PR of 2:25.01 at Y-D-C to place third... Raced the 800m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships... Outdoors he raced at the UCF Knights Invite in the 800m and 4x400m where they ran 3:21.53.

2022-2023: Opened his cross country season with a 19:44.5 performance over 6k at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet... Ran an 8k PR of 25:09.4 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run... Opened up Indoors at the Yale Season Opener with a first place in the 1000m in 2:25.39... At Y-D-C he followed up with a PR in the mile of 4:11.38 to place fourth... At the Giegengack Invitational he set an 800m PR of 1:49.29 to take the win and to move up Yale's all time list... At the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships he won his prelim in the 800m and placed seventh in the final... Began Outdoors at Raleigh Relays with a PR in the 1500m of 3:58.19 and ran 1:50.24 in the 800m... He placed second at the Harvard/Yale Vs Oxford/Cambridge meet... At the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships he raced the 800m and in the final placed fourth in 1:51.02.

2021-2022: In cross country, ran a personal best of 25:44.5 over 8000m at the Lehigh Paul Short Run…Ran a personal best of 16:22.0 at the 18th Annual CCSU Invitational... In indoor track, finished 3rd in the 800m at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet, running a time of 1:55.56…Ran 1:53.81 over 800m at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational…Earned a spot on the podium at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing 5th with a time of 1:52.55…Doubled and helped Yale finish 6th in the 4x800m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships…Also earned a personal record in the 800m prelim at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships, running a time of 1:52.48...In outdoor track, ran 1:51.24 in the 800m to win UConn Dog Fight Invitational, and then followed his performance by helping the 4x400m relay to a fourth-place finish…Won against Harvard in the 800m, running 1:51.62, and followed his performance by helping the 4x400m relay win, running 3:19.64…Finished 24th at Virginia Challenge, running 1:51.41…Earned a personal best in the 800m at Yale Springtime Invitational, running 1:51.05 for a first-place finish…Competed in the 800m at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships and helped the 4x800m to a fourth-place finish.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

Third place in 2019 CIF DV Cross Country State Finals ... 10th place in 2019 800m CIF State Finals ... 2019 San Diego CIF 800m Section Champion ... Set school records in 800m, 4x400m, and 5k ...
