2024-2025: In cross country raced the IC4A Championships... Opened indoors at the Yale Season Opener placing second in the mile... At BU John Thomas Terrier Classic, ran 2:30.44 in 1000 meters... Raced mile at Giegengack Invitational... Did not compete outdoors. 

2023-2024: Ran 26:05 over 8k at Lehigh Paul Short Run, placing 266th... Competed indoors over 1000m, running 2:36.43.... Raced in Israeli National Athletics Championships, placing third in 800 in a time of 1:53.42.

2022-2023: Placed 67th at IC4A XC Championships with a time of 25:34.8 over 8k distance... Opened his indoor season with a 1000m PR of 2:25.70 at Yale Season Opener... Placed second in 4x880y at HYP with a time of 7:47.58... Set a mile PR at David Hemery Valentine Invite of 4:14.27... Competed in 1000m and DMR at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships, where DMR placed fourth... Outdoors ran 1:53.74 at HYOC meet... Set a college 1500m PR at Raleigh Relays of 3:47.42... Competed in 1500m and 4x800m at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships.

2021-2022: In cross country, opened up season at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet running a personal best over 8000m with a time of 24:43.9… Finished 23rd at Panorama Farms XC Invitational with a time of 25:01.7 over 8000m… Finished 52nd at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships... In indoor track, opened up at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships to help Yale’s 4x800m relay finish sixth… Ran a leg of 4x800m relay at IC4A Championships, helping Yale finish sixth in relay… At same meet ran 2:27.82 for 1000m... In outdoor track, ran a personal best of 1:57.59 for 800m at UConn Dog Fight Invitational… At Virginia Challenge, ran a collegiate personal best for the 1500m, running a time of 3:48.52… Competed in 1500m at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Off the track: Former Commander for the Israel Defense Forces... Chabad board member.

Before Yale: Finalist in European U23 Championship 1500m 2021... Four-time silver medalist in Israel National Championship 800m... Gold medalist in 20th Maccabiah Games Open 800m. 

Notes: Lead guitarist in high school rock band ... Youth scout instructor ... Served as combat fitness instructor in army.
