2021-2022: In indoor track, opened up his season with a personal best over 3000m, finishing 6th at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet with a time of 8:21.39…Earned a personal best over 5000m with a time of 14:44.45 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational…Competed at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships...In outdoor, earned a personal best in the 1500m at UConn Dog Fight Invitational, running 4:03.08…Finished fourth in the 5000m against Harvard, running a personal record of 14:27.89…Finished 12th in the 10,000m at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running 30:09.60 for a personal record and No. 8 all-time performance at Yale.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-20: In indoor track, ran 8:42.40 for 3000m at Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic…Finished 11th in the 3000m against Harvard and Princeton, running 8:45.36…Ran 15:05.69 for 5000m at David Hemery Valentine Invitational…Outdoor season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-2019: In cross country competed at the Fordham Fiasco finishing 31st overall… Competed at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet finishing 18th overall… Ran an 8K personal best of 26:03.6 in the Men’s Open Race of the Paul Short Invitational finishing 2nd for Yale and 17th overall… Finished 4th for Yale and 21st overall at the CCSU Mini Meet running 15:27.7 for 5K... In indoor track ran a personal best of 8:39.52 in the 3,000 meters at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet… Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational running 15:39.76...Outdoors, competed in the 5000m. Ran in the Sam Howell Invitational...Finished 4th at Harvard-Yale; won the Yale Springtime Invitational in a new PR.
