Placed fourth in 400m at the Giegengack Invitational, running 49.45... Competed in 400m at Ivy League Indoor Championships... Opened outdoors at Transatlantic Series meet, placing first in 400m, running 49.84... Set new 400m PR of 48.73 at Mark Young Invitational to place first... Raced 4x400m at Ivy League Outdoor Championships. 

2023-2024: Did not compete in indoor or outdoor track.

Before Yale: Valedictorian... Competed in soccer in addition to cross country and track and field... 400m PR: 48.2 (school record)... Two second-place finishes, and one third-place finish, at State... MVP Track and Field 2023... McDaniel Male Athlete of the Year 2023.
