2024-2025: Did not compete during cross country... Opened indoors at Yale Season Opener, where he placed first in 3000m with PR of 8:20.78... Outdoors, placed fourth in 1500m at Transatlantic Series... Ran 3:52.41 to place second in 1500m at Mark Young Invitational... At UMass Ken O'Brien Pre-Conference Qualifier, placed first in 1500m with time of 3:50.69... At Ivy League Outdoor Championships, raced 1500m and 5000m; set 5000m PR of 14:49.38... Post-season, raced Wimbledon 1500m Festival Night; he set PR of 3:48.24, placing sixth overall. 

2023-2024: Unable to compete in cross country... Indoors, began his collegiate career at Yale Season Opener; ran PR in mile of 4:18.95 to place second... Post-season, raced Wimbledon 1500m Festival Night; ran PR of 3:49.49 over 1500m... Raced at Southern U20 Championships, placing first in 1500m.

Before Yale: Finished fifth at English Schools 1500m 2022... Full sports colors in track and field and cross country... Won Kingsleys Cup 2022, 2023...  School record setter in 800m and 1500m... Invited to compete for south west region at Welsh International 2022... Sixth place Welsh Senior Indoor Championships 800m 2022... Hampshire 800m runner-up 2021... In addition to track and field, competed in football, rugby, cricket, tennis, swimming and golf... Physics Olympiad silver award 2021... Maths Olympiad silver award 2020.
