2022-23: Was the men's team captain for the season. Opened up his season as part of the 4x400m team which placed second overall at the 2022 Yale Season Opener. Placed 12th overall in the 200m at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet... Competed at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 200m...Was awarded Academic All-Ivy League honors at the annual men's track and field outdoor season awards... Was awarded the Delaney Kiphuth Student-Athlete Distinction Award, given annually to the student-athlete with the highest academic GPA over their four years at Yale (achieving a 3.95 GPA).

2021-22: Opened up his season with a 48.3 recorded 4x400m split at Yale’s home season opener…won the 400m dash at the Yale,Dartmouth,Columbia tri-meet…Qualified for and competed at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 400m, where he ran a new PR of 48.82… Was also a member of the Yale 4x400 team at the Raleigh Relays...After the season was elected the Captain of Yale Track and Field for the coming year.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-20: Competed at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships where he placed 17^th in the 400m...Outdoor season cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic.
