2023-2024: Began his campaign at the Lehigh Paul Short Run over the 8k distance in the open race... Raced the 8k at the IC4A Cross Country Championships... Indoors he began over the mile at Y-D-C placing tenth... Raced the 3000m at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White meet running 8:42.13... Outdoors he raced at the Mark Young Invitational running 4:05.51 over the 1500m.

2022-2023: Won the 5000m race at the Yale Springtime Invitational with a time of 15:41.30.

2021-2022: Placed seventh at the CCSU Mini Meet over the 5k in 15:09.3...In indoor track, ran 8:33.16 in the 3000m at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational...In outdoor, ran 4:01.31 for a personal best in the 1500m at UConn Dog Fight Invitational.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-20: In indoor, ran 4:26.32 for a personal best in the mile against Columbia and Dartmouth, finishing eighth overall…Finished sixth against Harvard and Princeton, running 8:27.76 for 3000m…Ran a personal best in the 5000m at David Hemery Valentine Invitational, running 14:46.87…Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 3000m…Earned a personal best in the 3000m at IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships, running 8:25.67…Outdoor season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: 9:10 in 3200m at Arcadia...XC CCS Champion and XC CCS runner of the year...Placed ninth at CA D1 states...Footlocker Second Team All American.
