2023-2024: Opened up indoors at Yale Season Opener, placing first in 4x400m in time of 3:19.69... At Y-D-C, set new PR in 60m of 6.95 to place fourth in final... At Giegengack Invitational, ran 21.98 in 200m to place third... Raced in 60m and 200m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships... Outdoors, raced 4x100m at UCF Knights Invite, running time of 41.41... At UConn Dog Fight, ran 10.84 in 100m... Set new 100m PR at Yale vs. Harvard meet of 10.79 to place third... At Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships, was part of 4x100m team that placed fourth in 40.99.

2022-23: Made final of Yale Season opener in 60m, after qualifying third in preliminary rounds... Finished third in 200m at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet and made final in 60m... Placed fifth overall at Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet... Ran indoor season's best in 200m at Boston University Scarlet and White Invite... Competed in 200m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships... Placed third in 200m at HYOC meet, and was fourth in 100m... Competed at Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 100m and 200m along with 4x100m relay... Represented combined Harvard-Yale team at 2023 Summer Transatlantic Series, winning 4x100m and in doing so breaking meet record.

2021-22: Opened up his 2022 season with personal record in 60m of 6.97, making final of Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet... Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track & Field Championships, where he placed 11^th in 200m, running new personal record time of 21.92s… Qualified and competed in 200m at IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Outdoors, opened up with 200m outdoor personal best at Raleigh Relays... Ran new personal record in 100m at UConn Dog Fight to place seventh overall... Finished 16th at Crimson Tide Invitational meet...Won Harvard-Yale match 200m dash in PR of 21.34 and placed second in 100m dash in PR of 10.81…Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing 12^th in 200m; was also member of 4x100m team…In summer, was selected for UK Futures Relay Programme training camp before competing for Great Britain U20 team in 4x100m and 200m dash at Loughborough International.

Notes: Played on school's Soccer A-team and also at Gothia Youth World Cup with club team, twice reaching Round of 16 ... Brother Harry Grindle, Class of 2023, was also on the Yale track & field team.
