2018-2019: In cross country competed at the Fordham Fiasco… Competed at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet… Ran a personal best of 27:19.2 in the 8K at the Men’s Open Race of the Paul Short Invitational… Competed in the sub-varsity race of the CCSU Mini Meet running a personal best in the 5K and placing 26th overall.In indoor track competed in the 1,000 meters at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet… Competed in the 800 meters at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet and ran a personal best of 1:56.02 in the event at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Competed in the 800 meters at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship.

Outdoors competed solely in the 800m. Opened at Sam Howell Invitational, finishing 6th; finished 4th at Harvard-Yale, 3rd at both the Mark Young Invitational and Yale Springtime Invitational; finished his season with a new PR at the Army West Point Twilight.

2017-2018: Did not compete in cross country. In indoor track ran a personal best of 1:08.75 in the 500 meters at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet. In outdoor track ran a 1:57.49 in the 800 at the Mark Young Invitational… Competed in the 800 meters at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational.

2016-2017: In indoor track, competed at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet in the 800 meters...Ran a personal best in the 800 meters at the Giegengack Invitational...Competed on the 4x800 meter relay at the IC4A Championships...In outdoor track, competed in the 800 meters at the Harvard-Yale vs. Oxford-Cambridge meet and at the Harvard-Yale dual meet...Competed in the 800 meters at the Larry Ellis meet...At the Yale Springtime Invitational, placed 6th in the 800 meters.
