2024-2025: USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete for cross country... Cross country team MVP... Earned track and field team's Outstanding Distance Runner Award... Began his season at Lehigh Paul Short Run where he ran 24:16, placing 42nd as first Bulldog home... Placed 12th in 24:19 at Wisconsin Pre-Nationals and led team to fourth-place finish... At Ivy League Heptagonal Championships placed 17th in an 8k PR of 23:37... At NCAA Northeast Regionals earned all-region honors, placing 24th in 30:33 over 10k distance... Opened indoors at BU John Thomas Terrier Classic in mile, running 4:04.77... Set 3000m PR of 8:01.25 to rank fourth all-time at Yale at BU Scarlet and White Invitational... Ran 4:04.43 in mile at BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational... At Ivy League Indoor Championships, placed 12th in 3000m and placed first in DMR in 9:45.19, earning first team All-Ivy honors... Outdoors he began at UCF Black and Gold Challenge, running 3:46.71 in 1500m... Set school record in 5,000m of 13:50.23 at Raleigh Relays... Raced 4xMile at Penn Relays... 2023-2024: First toed line at Lehigh Paul Short Run; ran 24:33 to place 26th... Achieved a new 8k PR at Pre-National Invitational of 24:16... Placed 23rd at Heps in a time of 24:55... Ran a new 10k PR at NCAA Northeast Regionals of 30:28... Opened up indoor season with a win in mile at Y-D-C... At David Hemery Valentine Invitational ran a mile PR of 4:03.28...  At Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships placed third in 3000m in a PR of 8:03.86... Began outdoors with a PR in 1500m of 3:46.39 to place third... At Raleigh Relays ran 3:55.22 in 5000m to place second all-time at Yale... At Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships placed eighth in 5000 meters.

2022-2023: Opened up his cross country season with a 24th place finish at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet, running a 6k PR of 18:48.9... Equaled his 24:40.9 8k PR at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown... Finished 32nd at Ivy League Championships... Ran a 30:44.2 10k PR to round out season at NCAA Northeast Regional Championships... Made his track debut by winning 3000m at Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia meet indoors... Went on to set a 3000m PR of 8:09.55 at Boston University before placing seventh at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships over same distance, anchoring DMR team to fourth with a 1600m leg the following day... Outdoors, set a 5000m PR of 14:13.96 at Harvard-Yale-Oxford-Cambridge meet in Boston and went on to finish 12th at Ivy League Championships. 

2021-2022: In cross country, opened up up season finishing 18th at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet, running a time of 25:00.2 over 8000m course… Finished 12th at Panorama Farms XC Invitational, running a personal best time of 24:40.9 over 8000m… Finished 35th at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships… Finished 73rd at NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships... In indoor and outdoor track, was unable to compete.
 
Brighton College: Cross country team captain senior year ... Top cross country finishes: 17th English schools, 14th UK inter counties, sixth British athletics MK cross challenge... English schools 3000m 14th… Was part of Team Sussex that won silver in national schools XC in 2019, bronze in 2017, silver in 2016… Also played varsity soccer.
