2023-2024: Did not compete indoors... Opened up outdoors at Raleigh Relays in the 1500m... Raced the 800m at the Yale vs Harvard dual placing seventh... Closed out his season at Penn Relays over the 1500m.

2022-2023: Opened up his indoor season at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet, running a 1000m PR of 2:28.04. Went on to place 15th overall in the mile at the Ivy League Championships, before setting a 4:07.04 PR at the IC4A Championships to finish 10th. Outdoors, ran a new 800m PR of 1:53.58 at the Raleigh Relays. Placed 9th in the 1500m at the Ivy League Championships, before going on to run a PR of 3:45.95 at the West Point Twighlight Invitational. 

2021-2022: In cross country, opened up at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet running a personal best over 8000m with a time of 26:29.9…Competed at Lehigh Paul Short Run and 18th annual CCSU Mini Meet...In indoor track, opened up at David Hemery Valentine Invitational in the 3000m with a personal best time of 8:33.78…In outdoor track, won the 1500m at UConn Dog Fight Invitational, running a time of 3:54.98…Finished ninth against Harvard in the 5000m, running a personal best of 14:43.64…Finished second in the 1500m at Mark Young Invitational, running a personal best of 3:52.27; followed with a personal best in the 800m, running a time of 1:56.10, and helped contribute to a win in the 4x400m relay…Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 5000m.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-2020: Was not able to compete in cross country…In indoor track, finished 13th against Harvard and Princeton in the 3000m, running 9:08.93…Outdoor season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Off the track: Platform Officer and Global Director of Outreach at Project Access…Onboarding Analyst at Railsbank.

High School: South of England 2019 5000m Champion, England Athletics 2019 5000m Champion, 12th at the 2018 English Schools 3000m, 8th at the 2017 England Athletics 3000m.

Personal: Played the oboe up to Grade 5 level; played in the Double Reed Ensemble at school; proficient in French and German.
