At the XC23 College meet he ran a time of 25:02.9 over 8K... He placed 37th at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championship... Began indoors at Y-D-C in the 3000m where he ran 8:31.64... At the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships he raced the 5000m, placing tenth in 14:29.35... Began outdoors over the 10,000m at Raleigh Relays... Set a new 5000m PR at Penn Relays of 14:23.23... Closed out his season at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships where he achieved a new 10,000m PR of 30:09.56.

2022-2023: Opened his cross country season with a 19:15.7 6k PR at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet... Ran an 8k PR of 24:41.8 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run... Placed 57th at the IC4A Championship... Finished 45th at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championship... Opened up indoors in the mile at Y-D-C... At H-Y-P he raced the 3000m placing tenth... Raced the 3000m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships... Outdoors, he began at the UCONN Dog Fight where he placed fourth in the 3000m... At HYOC he competed in the 5000m.

2021-2022: In cross country, finished 18th at the 18th Annual CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 15:21.9 for 5000m…Earned a personal best time of 26:24.9 for 8000m at the Paul Short Run... In indoor track, started off with a 8:25.73 3000m at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational…finished off his indoor season with a personal record at the IC4A Championships with a time of 8:20.57…Raced at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships...In outdoor track, earned a personal best in the 1500m at UConn Dog Fight, running 4:00.97…Finished 11th against Harvard, running a personal best of 14:54.11 for 5000m.
