2024-2025: Outstanding First-Year Award for cross country... Made collegiate debut at Codfish Bowl meet, where he placed 10th... Raced at Lehigh Paul Short Run, placing 145th with time of 26:18... At IC4A XC Championships, his time of 25:57 helped score points for Bulldogs... Set an 8k PR at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships of 25:31...  Earned First-Year of the Year award for 2024 XC... Began indoors at River Hawk Invitational, where he set a 3000 meter PR of 8:32.81... At Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational, raced mile and 1000m... Set 1000m PR at Giegengack Invitational of 2:28.05 to place first... At Ivy League Indoor Championships, he raced 1000m and 4x800m where team placed sixth overall... Began outdoors at UCF Black and Gold Challenge, where he ran 1500m and 800m... At Sam Howell Invitational, ran 3:52.46 in 1500m... Placed third in 800m at Transatlantic Series... Placed first in 1500m at Mark Young Invitational (3:52.17)... Raced 4x800m at Penn Relays... At Ivy League Outdoor Championships, raced 1500m; qualified for final and set a new PR of 3:51.15 in final.
