At Wisconsin Pre-Nationals, placed 35th to score for Bulldogs with a time of 24:35... At Ivy League Heptagonal Championships, set a new 8k PR of 23:38 to place 18th... At NCAA Northeast Regionals, ran 30:30 over 10k to place 22nd... Indoors, opened up with school record in 5,000m, running 13:52.27 at BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener... Placed first in 3000m and fourth in 800m at Y-D-C meet... Set school record in 3000m at BU John Thomas Terrier Classic, running 7:51.68... Set his third school record of season in mile at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational, where he ran 3:58.37... 2023-2024: Opened up his season placing first at HYP in a 6k PR of 17:56... Led team to victory at Paul Short Run in an 8k PR of 24:14, placing eighth... Ran 24:22 over 8k at XC23 Pre-National Invitational... Placed 15th at XC Heps, running 24:31... Raced at NCAA Northeast Regionals, placing 39th in a 10k PR of 30:28... Opened up indoors with a 5000m where he ran a PR of 14:30.72 to place third... At Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite, ran a mile PR of 4:03.12 and doubled up with a 3000m PR of 8:08.82 to move himself to ninth and 10th, respectively, all-time at Yale... At Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships, qualified for final in mile... Part of DMR team that placed fourth in 9:57.61... At IC4A Indoor Championships, placed second in mile in 4:04.99... Began outdoors at UCF Knights Invite with an 800m PR of 1:50.98 to win his heat... Raced at Wake Forest Invitational; ran 3:40.80 in the 1500m.. At Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships, placed fourth in 1500m; in 4x800m placed third in 7:24.84, one of Yale's all-time best performances... Qualified for NCAA East First Round in which he qualified for the quarterfinals and placed 13th in a time of 3:40.22... Post-season, raced at Music City Track Carnival and set a 1500m PR of 3:39.93 to move up to second on Yale's all-time list.

2022-2023: Opened his cross country season at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, running an 8k PR of 25:00.4... Finished 48th at IC4A Championships... Placed 27th at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships with a time of 25:11.2 over 8k distance... Ran a 10k PR of 30:42.4 to place 45th at NCAA Northeast Regional Championships... Did not compete indoors due to injury... Opened his outdoor season by winning 3000m at UConn Dog Fight in a new PR of 8:26.02... Went on to set a collegiate 800m PR at Harvard-Yale-Oxford-Cambridge meet... Placed seventh at Ivy League Championships over 1500m... Rounded out his season by running a 1500m PR of 3:44.41 at West Point Invitational. 

Why Yale? “I was recruited during the pandemic and had limited ability to visit schools. However, I found Yale’s campus to be the most appealing. Additionally, Yale had great programs for my academic interests in film and music.”

Personal: Father was captain of Yale cross country team and mother played soccer for Boston College... Enjoys playing piano and video editing.
