2021-2022: During indoor track, ran a 3:59.27 mile at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational for a No. 2 all-time Yale performance…Broke Yale school record in the 3000m at David Hemery Valentine Invitational, with a time of 7:51.91…Anchored Bulldogs in the Distance Medley Relay at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships for a runner-up finish and second team All-Ivy recognition…In outdoor track finished first in the 1500m against Harvard, running a personal best of 3:47.70…Finished 22nd in the 5000m at Virginia Challenge, running 13:52.43 for a personal best and a Yale school record…Made the podium in the 5000m at Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running 14:04.49 for sixth place…Recognized as CoSIDA Academic All-District and Yale’s Most Outstanding Distance Runner.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-20: In indoor track, opened up season winning the mile against Columbia and Dartmouth, running 4:15.50, and followed up by helping the Bulldogs place second in the 4x800m relay…Finished 15th in the 3000m at Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, running 8:10.66 for No. 10 all-time at Yale…Outdoor season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19: In indoor track finished third in the 3,000 meters at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet…Ran a personal best in the mile to finish third at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet and ran a leg of the winning 4x800 meter relay…Competed in the 3,000 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational running 8:16.66…Finished 10th in the 3,000 meters at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship and ran a leg of the 4x880 yard relay…Ran a personal best in the 3,000 meters at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Outdoors, competed in the 3000m steeplechase. Finished 7th at the Sam Howell Invitational; finished 2nd at Harvard-Yale; ran a PR of 9.14.53 at the Penn Relays; finished 7th in the Ivy League Championships and 10th in the IC4A Championships; competed in the HYOC trip.

Off the track: Academic All-Ivy for Yale Men’s Track and Field.

High School: Team captain three years…Third at California State Cross Country Championships…Competed at California State Championships twice in the 3200m…Helped start a music therapy program at a children''s hospital.
