2023-2024: Began his year at HYP where he ran a new 6K PR of 18:17.1 to place fourth and contributed to Yale's win... Raced at the Lehigh Paul Short Run where he ran 25:00.3 to place 90th... Indoors he raced at Y-D-C where he placed first in the 4x800m. He also set a mile PR of 4:16.54... At the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White meet he raced the 3000m in a time of 8:22.97... He raced the 5000m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships... Outdoors he began at Raleigh Relays where he set a new 10,000m PR of 29:49.14 to move to seventh all-time at Yale... Raced the 5000m at Penn Relays where he ran 14:25.63... Raced the 10,000m at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoors Championships.

2022-2023: Indoors, ran a mile PR of 4:20.43 at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet. Outdoors, set a season's best time of 14:16.24 at the Raleigh Relays, also competing in the Harvard-Yale-Oxford-Cambridge meet and the Virginia Challenge. Placed 9th in the 10,000m at the Ivy League Championships, before PR'ing in the same event thanks to a 30:14.27 at the Yale Last Chance Invitational. 

2021-2022: Opened up his indoor season with a 8:13.30 in the 3000m at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational, good enough for No. 14 all-time at Yale…Won his heat of the 3000m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships to finish 10th overall…In outdoor track, ran the No. 2 Yale all-time mark in the 5000m at Raleigh Relays, running 13:58.36…Earned a personal best in the 1500m against Harvard, running 3:59.88…Ran 14:24.68 for 5000m at Virginia Challenge…Competed in the 5000m at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships…Recognized as Yale’s Most Improved Athlete.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-20: In indoor track, ran 8:33.96 for 3000m at Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic…Finished fifth in the 3000m against Harvard and Princeton, running 8:26.45…Finished with a personal best in the 5000m at David Hemery Valentine Invitational, running 14:37.94…Competed in the 5000m at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Track and Field Championships…Outdoor season was cancelled due to the the COVID-19 pandemic.

Off the track: Member of the Yale Undergraduate Aerospace Association.
