Set 3000m PR of 8:44.99 at Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational... Set mile PR of 4:20.86 at Giegengack Invitational... Began outdoors with PR of 14:49.38 in 5000m at Sam Howell Invitational, placing third... Set 1500m PR of 4:05.36 at Mark Young Invitational... 2022-2023 (Swarthmore): All-region first team in cross country and all-region DMR in 2023 indoor track.

Harvard-Westlake: CIF-SS DIII 3200 Champion (2022)... All-state in Cross Country (6th place at state meet in 2021)...
