2024-2025: CSC Academic All-District... Began cross country season at Harvard-Yale XC; placed eighth overall, helping team achieve the win... Raced at Lehigh Paul Short Run, where he placed 67th to score for the Bulldogs... At Wisconsin Pre-Nationals placed 24th and was second Bulldog home... At Ivy League Heptagonal Championships placed 36th with an 8k PR of 24:12... At NCAA Northeast Regional Championships placed 45th on a day the Bulldogs finished fifth overall... Opened indoors at Y-D-C, placing third in the 1000m in 2:27.13; was part of the 4x800m team that placed second in 7:46.22... At the Ivy League Indoor Championships, raced the 1000m... Outdoors, began at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge running 3:47.05 in the 1500m... Ran 8:51.15 in the 3000S at Raleigh Relays... Backed this up with 8:51.03 at the Wake Forest Invitational... 2023-2024: Opened up his cross country season at Lehigh Paul Short Run, achieving a time of 25:16... Followed up by running 24:45 at 2023 Pre-National Invitational... Scored at XC Heps, running 25:04 to come home 26th... Set a 10k PR at NCAA Northeast Regional Championships running 30:43 to finish 56th... Opened up indoor season with a 5000m PR of 14:14 to move to sixth all-time for Yale... At Y-D-C ran 2:24.37 in 1000 meters to move to ninth all-time for Yale... At Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White ran 3:59.39 in mile to win; also ranked him third all-time at Yale... Made final in mile at Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships; helped team to fourth place in DMR... Outdoors he raced the 3000S and ran 8:49.46.

2022-2023: Opened up his cross country season with a 6k personal best of 19:11.5 at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet... Ran an 24:37.7 8k PR at Lehigh Paul Short Run... Finished 51st at IC4A Championships... Placed 40th at Ivy League Heptagonal Championships... Opened up indoors at Y-D-C with a PR in 3000m of 8:38.64... At HYP he placed fourth in 1000m in 2:25.18... At David Hemery Valentine Invite ran 4:06.36 in mile... At Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships, he made final in mile and also raced 4x800m... Placed fifth in mile at IC4A Championships... Outdoors began with a PR in 800m at Raleigh Relays of 1:52.22... Placed sixth in 3000S at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships... At Yale Last Chance meet, ran 8:52.52 in 3000S to place first... Qualified for NCAA East preliminary round in 3000S, where he placed 18th.

2021-2022: In cross country, opened up season at Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet running a personal best over 8000m with a time of 25:14.1… Finished 28th overall at NEICAAA 2021 Cross Country Championships… Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships... In indoor track, was unable to compete… In outdoor track, opened up with personal best in the 800m, running 1:55.23… Finished fifth against Harvard in the 1500m, running 3:53.59… Finished third at Mark Young Invitational in 1500m, running a personal best of 3:52.36, and later contributed to the winning 4x400m relay… Competed in 1500m at Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Thacher School: Cross country team captain…  All-state and all-league in cross country… Cross country team MVP... Set school cross country record over three miles... All-league in track and field… Track and field team MVP… Third in California winter championships with a PR of 3:58.2 for 1500m... Cross country team was state runners-up 2018… Also played basketball, lacrosse and soccer; competed in horseback riding. 

Notes: Mother attended Yale and two uncles ran for cross country and track and field teams ... Uncle Andrew Atkeson holds Yale cross country record at Van Cortlandt Park. 

Why Yale? “I chose Yale because it felt like the best fit for me. I really liked the team and the academics are hard to beat.”
