2020: Started 14 games at third base… Doubled and knocked in a run in victory over Santa Clara.

2019: Started all 28 games she appeared in… Ninth in the Ivy League with nine doubles... Second on team in batting average (.337) and RBI (21)… Hit .409 with two home runs and seven double in 15 Ivy League games… Recipient of team’s Most Valuable Player and Barbara Chou Leadership awards… Named Ivy League Player of Week after going 7-for-10, including belting a pair of home runs, in a three-game sweep at Cornell.

2018: Appeared in 27 games and started 25... Missed time with an injury... First career hit came against UTSA... Started 12 Ivy League games.

Before Yale: Four-year starter for San Pasqual High School… Batted .375 with a .700 slugging percentage in her career… Recipient of Eagle Heart Award, the team’s top softball award as a senior… Two-time winner of the team’s Coaches Award… Team captain as both a junior and senior… Four-year Scholar Athlete… Received the school’s Golden Eagle Award, presented to the female who demonstrated excellence in academics, athletics and activities… Starting shortstop for four straight years on Premier PGF qualifying Lakewood Firecrackers 18 Gold travel team.

Personal: Volunteer coach for Powerline Athletics Softball Clinics… Daughter of Chris and Kelly Ponce.
