Why Yale? "Why not Yale? When I was approached with the opportunity to study and row at one of America''s best universities I simply had to say yes. The tradition and ethos at Yale is one to be admired. Yale''s reputation speaks for itself and the high level of Academics and Rowing drew me in. The support and enthusiasm I received from everyone including the coaches and girls made the decision even easier.
Quote: "Progress is the biggest motivator and a bad session is better than no session at all."
Idol(s): Ignoring the total cheese but my biggest idols are my mom and dad. My dad does what he loves and loves what he does. He works hard every day to support my dream. My mom has taught me to embrace life to the fullest and inspires me every day. She is the strongest woman I know and stands up for everything she believes in with no reservations.
