2013-2014: In cross country, ran personal best of 22:03 in 6k at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational…Ran season best 5k of 18:24 at Boston College...Competed in the Heptagonal Championships and in the NCAA Northeast Regional meet.

2012-2013: In cross country, competed in the New England Championships and the CCSU Mini-Meet...In indoor track, competed in the 3,000-meter, 5,000-meter and mile runs...In outdoor track, ran a personal best of 10:12.19 in the 3,000-meter run at Harvard-Yale, placing sixth....Also raced a personal best of 17:54.15 in the 5,000-meter run at the Larry Ellis Invitational....Placed sixth in 3,000-meter run at Springtime Invitational.

2011-2012: In cross country, competed in the Fordham Invitational and HYP…In indoor track, ran a season best 5:12.62 in the one mile run at Dartmouth-Columbia-Yale…Placed sixth in the 5,000-meter run at the Giegengack Invitational in a season best 18:38.44…In outdoor track, raced a season-best 4:50.05 in the 1,500-meter run at the Yale Springtime Invitational, placing ninth…Fourth in the 1,500-meter run at Harvard-Yale.
