Off the track: Works as a substitute teacher for the public schools in her hometown over summer and winter breaks…Is a sports writer for the Yale cross country and track and field teams...Is a research assistant in the Clinical Affective Neuroscience and Development Lab at Yale.

Before Yale: Set school records for indoor 1000m, 1600m, and 3200m ... Set school records for outdoor 1600m and 3200m ... Captain of cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams for two years ... 11-time Naugatuck Valley League Champion between the 1600m, 3200m and cross country events ...
