2021-2022: For cross country, opened the season with a win at Harvard-Yale-Princeton dual meet…Placed third at Coast-to Coast Battle in Beantown…Ran a 5k personal record of 16:39.0 en route to winning Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational…Defended her individual title at Ivy League Cross Country Championships, where she ran 20:08.8 for 6k and earned first team All-Ivy Honors…Placed second at NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, where she qualified for her first NCAA National Championship and earned USTFCCCA All-Region Honors…Asserted herself amongst the best at NCAA DI Cross Country Championship in her home state of Florida, where she placed 10th with personal record of 19:37.7 for 6k to earn All-American Honors…Named USTFCCCA Northeast Region Athlete of the Year…Earned the John Cleary/Michael Stanley Award at Yale for being the most valuable team member… While excelling individually, helped the team achieve many goals as captain.
For indoor track, opened the season running 15:36.66 for her first track 5k race to take eighth place in a competitive field and set a school record…Competed in the mile at BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite, where she ran a personal record of 4:40.77… Raced the 3k at BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational, where she won her heat and placed ninth overall in a field that consisted of professional athletes…Defended her 3k title at Ivy League Championship, where she ran a school record of 9:09.19 and split 4:36.273 for the mile to anchor the DMR to a fourth-place finish…Earned first team All-Ivy Honors… Competed in the 5k at NCAA Division I Indoor Championships in Birmingham, Ala., and earned second team All-American Honors.
For outdoor track, opened the season with a third-place finish in the 5k at Raleigh Relays with a time of 15:39.11…Won the 1500m at Harvard-Yale Match…Won the steeplechase at Virginia Challenge…Tactically won both the 5k and the steeplechase at Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships, earning first team All-Ivy honors and Most Outstanding Track Performer award…Ran a personal best and school record time of 4:12.12 in the 1500m at Princeton Elite Meet…Won the steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminary Round in Bloomington, Ind., to qualify for her first outdoor NCAA Championship…Placed second in the country at NCAA DI Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the steeplechase with a time of 9:25.08, which was a personal best, school record, third-fastest time in NCAA history, and a World Championships qualifier…Earned first team All-American honors, USTFCCCA Northeast Region Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year honors, and CoSIDA Academic All-America Honors…Received the Outstanding Distance Runner and James Stack ‘61 (MVP) awards at the Yale Track and Field Banquet.

2019-2020: In cross country, led the team in every race she competed in this season… Opened up her season with an individual win at the Harvard-Yale season opener and a personal best of 17:28.0 in the 5k… Finished 8th at the UVA Panorama Farms Invite… Ran a 20:31.5 in the 6K to earn a 13th place finish at the Pre-National Invitational… Won the 2019 Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships in a time of 20:45.6 for 6K… Recorded a personal best in the 6K of 20:07.5 at the NCAA Northeast Regional finishing 19th overall. Named First Team All-Ivy and All-Region for the 2019 season... In indoor track, continued on her upward trajectory from cross country, winning the 1,000 meters at the Yale-Dartmouth-Columbia tri-meet and running a leg of the winning 4x800 meter relay… Competed in the 800 meters and the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, running a new personal best and winning her heat in the 800 meters… Ran a season’s best of 4:48.07 to win the mile at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet and ran a leg of the winning 4x800 meter relay… Came within one second of the school record and set a big new personal best in the 3,000 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Claimed her second individual Ivy title winning the 3,000 meters at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship in a time of 9:29.74, and anchored the second-place Distance Medley Relay.
2018-2019: In cross country, placed 10th overall at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet... Competed in the Women’s Gold Race at the Paul Short Invitational placing fifth on the team and 56th overall... Competed at the Pre-Nationals Invitational, placing fourth on the team… Earned second-team All-Ivy honors placing second on the team and ninth overall at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships... Placed third on the team and 20th overall earning All-Region honors at the NCAA Northeast Regional... In indoor track, won her season opener race at Harvard-Yale-Princeton in the 3000-meter run... Improved on her lifetime best in the 3000-meter run by nearly 20 seconds at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 9:31.09... Ran a new lifetime best of 4:47.13 in the mile, improving on her previous best by over 10 seconds... Finished third in the mile at the ECAC Championship...In outdoor track opened up her season in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays... Won the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Harvard Yale Dual Meet... Ran a personal best of 10:12.74 at the Penn Relays in the steeplechase... Was the 2019 3,000 meter steeplechase runner up at the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships running 10:13.52... Qualified for NCAA Regionals in the steeplechase and finished 20th overall...Currently sits third on Yale''s all-time list in the 3,000 meter steeplechase.
