2021-2022: After five years of not competing due to injury, had a tremendously successful cross country season… Placed 10th at Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet… Placed third for Yale at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown… Placed fifth at Panorama Farms XC23 Invitational with a personal record time of 17:28.4 for the 5k… Earned second team All-Ivy Honors with a 13th place finish at Ivy League Cross Country Championships… Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors for placing 22nd at the NCAA DI Northeast Region Cross Country Championship, where she was also Yale’s second finisher… Did not compete in indoor track… Placed second in the 3k at Yale Springtime Invitational…Earned seventh in her first 10k with a time of 35:41.85 at Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships, where she was also Yale’s first finisher in the event.

2020-2021: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-2020: Did not compete during cross country or indoor track. 

2018-2019: Did not compete during cross country... Did not compete during indoor or outdoor track. 

Before Yale: National cross country silver medalist…PanAm Junior cross country silver medalist for Canada…OFSAA Cross Country champion…Co-president of high school’s business competition team.
