Rachel Hodgson took over as the Director of Weight Room Logistics and Operations in the summer of 2021. She started working for Yale in the summer of 2019, having interned with the Bulldogs in the summer of 2018 and spring of 2019.

She is certified by the NSCA and has CPR/AED/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.

A native of Centre Hall, Pa., Hodgson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Penn State in December of 2018. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins.
