2024:  Named All-Ivy First Team...Named Ivy League Tournament MVP after averaging 4.71 kills and hitting .561 in two victories...Selected Ivy League Player of the Week twice...Ranked fourth in the Ivy League in points per set (4.04), fifth in kills per set (3.45), ninth in hitting percentage (.311) and 10th in digs per set (2.45) in conference matches...Named Yale Invitational MVP...Selected to Penn State Classic and College of Charleston All-Tournament teams...Produced 10 or more kills in every match...Had a season-high 22 kills in a five-set win over Villanova on Sept. 13...Earned the program's Compete Award at the conclusion of the season.

2023:  Named All-Ivy Second Team...Named to the Ivy League All-Tournament Team...Selected Ivy League Rookie of the Week on Sept. 18 and Nov. 6...Produced a season-high 17 kills and added 10 digs in a 3-1 win at Loyola Chicago on Sept. 16 and had a team-high eight kills the previous night at Northwestern...Averaged 2.48 kills per set, 3.17 points per set, hit .288 and served 14 aces in conference action...In Ivy matches, she averaged two digs per set and tied for second on the team in total blocks while also placing second on the team in total kills (234) for the entire season.

Before Yale:  Led her St. Thomas Aquinas team to the Kansas 5A State Championship and was named the 5A Player of the Year, as well as to the All-Tournament Team...Named to the Kansas Volleyball Association 5A All-State First Team, was Eastern Kansas League Conference Player of the Year, and a participant in the Missouri KC Metro All Star Game...Started on St. Thomas 2020 and 2019 Kansas 5A State Championship teams...Was state track & field finalist in four events, helping her high school capture the state title...Prepvolleyball named Betsy to their High School All American Third Team and tabbed her one of the Top 100 players in the country....A member of MAVs KC volleyball club, Goodenow helped her team to the 16 Open bronze medal in 2021 while being named to the All-Tournament Team.
