Biography

2015: Co-recipient of the team’s Andy Van Etten Coaches Award, which is bestowed upon the player who represents the ideals of Yale Softball that go beyond statistics.

2014: Appeared in seven games… First career appearance came as a pinch runner against Wagner in the season-opening Norfolk State Tournament.

Off the Field:

  • Summer intern as an investigator for the New Orleans Public Defenders
  • Volunteer as reader for a blind student at Yale Law
  • Certified kayak guide

Before Yale: Batted .491 as a senior at the Crossroads School…Three-time first team all-league selection… Named most valuable player as a senior… Two-time Silver Slugger Award winner… Selected as Rookie of the Year following freshman season… Helped Crossroads reach the quarterfinals of the state tournament in 2011.

Personal: Teaching assistant at Inglewood Middle School… Volunteer counselor at Dodgers’ Youth Baseball Camp.
