Chelsea Risling joined the Yale women's hockey team staff as the director of operations in September 2022. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating team travel and bookings, administrative and operational tasks.Â
Prior to joining Yale, Risling founded Meraki Supply Co. and had a small retail location in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has also managed a small business consulting company, Meraki Consulting.Â
Risling earned a degree in philosophy from the University of Calgary's Institute for the Humanities in 2014. Outside of work, she is a member of the Mandi Schwartz Foundation and a member of the board for Kensington Business Development.Â
