Brad Bolton, who coached at Manhattan, Iona, Concordia and Central Methodist, joined the program as an assistant in July of 2021.
Bolton spent six years with the Manhattan College Women's Soccer program, including three as the associate head coach. He helped the Jaspers take second place in the 2017 MAAC standings, while they tallied the most goals in conference play in program history and had the MAAC Offensive Player of the Year. A year later, the team had its second-best GAA in program history.
He helped Manhattan make the conference playoffs in 2017 and 2021 while working with 10 All-MAAC selections and 67 MAAC Academic Team members. The Jaspers also earned an NSCAA Team Academic Award with Bolton on the staff.
Prior to joining the Jaspers, he worked two seasons at Iona and served as the interim head coach for the Gaels in 2015. Bolton, who has trained players with youth and senior national teams from the U.S., Finland, Japan, Mexico, Columbia, New Zealand, Costa Rica and Ireland, played a vital role in the development of three All-MAAC Rookie selections in 2014, highlighted by Charlotte Stuart, who led Iona in scoring.
Bolton, who has national, advanced national and premier diplomas from the NSCAA, also spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Concordia College, while coaching club teams like the New York Magic and New York Rush Patriots.
A four-year soccer letter winner at Central Methodist University, he was a two-time team captain and team MVP as a senior in 2004 before getting his start as an assistant coach for the Eagles after he graduated with a degree in biology in 2005. He is currently working on a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
